“Gemma was a great partner in helping us launch our first kick off event for our newly formed Employee Led Network for Neurodiversity and Disability ‘Enable’.
Gemma worked in an incredibly collaborative way – providing expert advice on the topic of ADHD, and taking on board feedback to ensure the content of the workshop was pitched right for our audience. One of the most memorable aspects of working with Gemma and the workshop that she delivered, was that she was able to create an incredible and palpable
environment of psychological safety. Such that in spite of it being entirely virtual, and the very first workshop we have held on a Neurodiversity topic, we had many people on the call feeling willing for the first time in public to shared their own lived experiences of having ADHD.
The whole session was enlightening and positive, and I think our overall awareness as individuals and as a business has increased dramatically as a result of this workshop.
As a mother of a child with ADHD, I learnt things that I’ll be using at home as well, and I found it to be a really comforting and inspiring workshop.”

“Gemma’s training have the perfect balance between theory, strategy and practical
solutions. She is an excellent presenter and communicator, and encourages
interaction from all participants.
We had excellent feedback from the team following the sessions we have had so far.
We would definitely recommend Gemma to any company looking to support the
wellbeing of their team

We had a talk today in the office today by Gemma on Neurodiverse Stress Awareness which I found really enlightening. As I have mentioned before, I was “diagnosed” as dyspraxic when I was 16 years old but whilst it’s something I’ve lived with for many years, it’s only recently that I’ve tried to understand a little more about it, and the impact it’s had on my life and career.

Talks like the one today can be really helpful in making others aware of some of the challenges someone who is Neurodiverse faces but also help those of us whose brains may work in a slightly different way learn more about them.
